Just as humans have an auric energy field, so do plants. A savant human can visibly observe these frequencial fields. In trees these are more easily observed in hours of sunrise, sunset and in evenings of clear moonlight. In general terms the energetic field of a tree expands outward about 2 to 3 times its greatest physical diameter. Although in some conditions it can be much further.
Empaths among you will intuitively be aware of highly aware & conscious trees. We tell you that by setting underneath a tree of this frequencial caliber, there are vibrations as well as enriched oxygen emissions that are of great benefit to your well-being and vitality. By setting at the base of a tree, with the spinal column comfortably resting against the tree trunk, you are able to receive energy flows and patterns that will re-energize the body and balance the chakras.
The Earth itself is a celestial Consciousness and supports many forms of sentient awareness within and with-out.
